RICK HENDRIKS – DIRECTOR
A tiling trade combined with a long running successful family business was the launching platform for our talented leader. Ricks’ creativity, keen eye for detail and flair drives him to explore new and innovative concepts.
Rick’s natural ability in leadership was enhanced with his university training in Business Management. The company’s journey which is constantly evolving to keep abreast of new products and flooring systems has resulted in Honestone winning various international flooring awards.
Rick enjoys anything outdoors – the beach, paragliding, motorbike riding, but especially bush camping with his wife and two children.
ANDREW MICHELINI – OPERATIONS MANAGER
An extensive background in Terrazzo flooring and experience in large commercial projects enables Andrew to steer Honestone’s talented team in producing unique seamless floors. Affability is a strong point which Andrew draws on to assist in delivering quality results to our satisfied clients.
When not indulging in surf lifesaving and successful competitions in AFL, Andrew shares quality time with his wife and three children.
MICHELLE MARSHALL – ADMINISTRATOR
Spanning a working career of some 35 years, Michelle’s role involves administration of Honestone to ensure its smooth running. Her 20 years in hospitality has developed her excellent rapport with architects, designers, clients and suppliers.
Michelle also enjoys camping, is a devoted grandmother to her six grandchildren and relishes the occasional trip to tropical Thailand with her lovely husband.
